Your Right to Return

In accordance with Saudi consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, you are entitled to return a product and receive a complete refund if the item is defective, materially different from its description, or simply not to your expectations.

For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

How to Return

   Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

   Our team will arrange a return authorization and either schedule a courier pickup or provide a return address.

   Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice or order confirmation.

   Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Refund Terms

• Refunds are issued in full, including the original product price and any standard shipping charges you paid.

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Processing time is up to 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Customized, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Custom or corporate bulk orders produced to your specifications.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
